Xuejie Li is a post-doctor in School of Food Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. She obtained her Ph.D. in School of Biology and Biological Engineering, South China University of Technology in 2022. As a joint Ph.D. student, she studied in Technological University of Berlin, Germany for one year. Her research interests include gene editing with CRISPR, transcription factors research, epigenetic modification, secondary metabolites, and biofilms.
