Yue Ma, Ph.D., is a female graduate supervisor who has been recognized as a "Pujiang Talent" by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, as part of the "Morning Light Program" by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and included in the "Siyue Program" at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Her primary research focuses on the development of antimicrobial materials and the control of food microbiological safety. She has led one Youth Project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and two provincial-level projects, along with several industry-related projects. As the first or corresponding author, she has published over ten SCI papers in journals such as ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Food Research International, Food Microbiology, Cellulose, and the Journal of Colloid and Interface Science.
